About MoRun Bristol
This November, runners of all abilities can support men's health causes while tackling the trails at Ashton Court Park. MoRun Bristol takes place on 15 November 2026 across the Long Ashton estate, with distances of 1.5 km and 10 km available. The course winds through the park's mix of paths and trails, with notably hilly terrain between the 1 km and 3 km points.
The 10 km route covers two laps of the course. Trail conditions can be bumpy or muddy underfoot, though the route welcomes dogs and off-road buggies. The event supports Movember's focus on men's health, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Fancy dress is encouraged, with prizes for best-dressed participants across adult and children's categories.
