About Mother Tuckers 10K
The Mother Tuckers 10K takes runners across the Somerset countryside near Faulkland on 4 October 2026. This chip-timed trail race covers mixed terrain with some tarmac sections, passing Stony Littleton Long Barrow and featuring a climb known as the Incline of Opportunity. The 10 km route showcases wide views of the landscape and is organized by Somer AC.
Race HQ offers secure baggage drop, showers, free parking and full medical cover, with marshals stationed along the course. On-course refreshments are provided. Finishers receive a bespoke medal, and age category awards are available for men and women across several brackets. The event accepts runners aged 15 and over (under-18s need parental consent), though headphones are not permitted and canicross is not allowed.
