MT10 is a trail running event held at Pembrey Country Park in Carmarthenshire, combining off-road running through the park with a stretch along Cefn Sidan Beach. Taking place on 21 November 2026, the race covers either 10 miles or 16 km across terrain featuring soil paths and firm, compacted sand. The course is fully marked and marshalled, with GPX files provided to runners beforehand.
The event welcomes runners aged 18 and over, with age categories including U20, Senior, Masters (from F35 and M40), and others. Pre-registration is required, with race numbers collected on the morning of the event. Dogs are not permitted to participate.
