Cornish trail running meets ultra challenge on this 37-mile route through Devon and Cornwall. The MTC Will-o-the-Wisp takes runners from Liskeard to Truro on 21 July 2029, forming Day 12 of the broader Mount to Coast End to End Challenge series. This one-day event follows established terrain used by the MTC JOGLE event, with entries capped at 40 participants.
Runners must maintain a minimum average pace of 4 mph throughout, and the organiser supplies competitor tracking devices with SOS functionality alongside route maps and GPX files. A mandatory kit list applies, including backpack, head torch, compass or GPS, whistle and mobile phone. The event operates on a cup-free basis, requiring participants to bring a reusable cup.
