About North Ayrshire AC 10K
The North Ayrshire AC 10K takes place on 6 September 2026 as part of the NAAC Festival of Running. Based in Saltcoats, the 10K starts and finishes at St Matthew's Academy and follows a flat route along the town's promenade, a tarmac former railway path and pavement sections. The event is open to runners of all abilities.
The festival also features a chip timed 2K youth run for children aged 6 to 15 and a 400 metre fun run for younger participants, making it a family-friendly occasion organised by North Ayrshire Athletics Club.
