About Northiam 8.5km Trail Race
An 8.5 kilometre trail loop around the village of Northiam in East Sussex forms the basis of this November race. The route is predominantly off-road, with over 70% on trail, and passes local landmarks throughout. The course is fully marked and marshalled to guide runners around the loop.
The race takes place on 29 November 2026, starting from Old Thyssel Cottage, with facilities based at Northiam Village Hall. Entry is limited to 60 runners, and participants must be at least 15 years old on the event date. Runners may encounter livestock on the course, and dogs are not permitted. Tea and cake are provided after the race, and prizes are awarded to the first male and female finishers.
