About Pegasus - The BOWUM
A 30-mile trail challenge in Monmouth, Pegasus – The BOWUM takes runners across mixed terrain with significant elevation changes, combining trail, forest and road sections around the area near Timpson in Monmouthshire. The route features frequent stiles, runnable downhill stretches and occasional steep climbs, passing ruined castles and open hill country along the way.
Organized by Stable Adventures, the event takes place on 2 April 2027. Participants can expect signed course markings and a safety briefing, with well-stocked aid stations throughout and the option to place drop bags at the halfway point. The course is supported by volunteers and offers onsite support along the route.
