About Pembrokeshire Coastal Races
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races offer trail running across three days in June, with competitors tackling point-to-point routes that follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Four distances are available: marathon, 50 km, 50 miles and 100 miles, each finishing at a cliff-top event village at Dale overlooking Milford Haven. The races are self-navigated but well marked, supported by GPS files, running markers and marshals at technical sections. Checkpoint support varies by distance, from four for the marathon to twelve for the 100 mile race.
The event is based at Dale Hill Farm Campsite, which serves as race headquarters with camping, registration, food vendors and facilities. The 100 mile entry includes two nights' accommodation; camping is optional for shorter distances. All participants benefit from checkpoint refreshments, GPS tracker hire with live tracking, route maps, photography, finishers awards and first aid cover throughout the weekend.
