About Pembrokeshire Trail Run
Runners seeking coastal trail running will find plenty to enjoy in this event along Pembrokeshire's celebrated shoreline. Starting at Freshwater East, the route follows the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path before finishing in Saundersfoot, covering terrain that combines the challenge of trail running with sea-view surroundings.
Two distances are available: a 25K option with approximately 800 metres of elevation gain, and a 14K alternative for those preferring a shorter outing. Both courses are run as single loops on coastal trail terrain. GPX files are provided for route planning ahead of race day.
