About PFW Running - Lancashire Loop Trail Run
This 10 km trail run takes runners through Blackpool's countryside on a route mixing trail paths with a short pavement section. The course winds past Marton Mere nature reserve, Herons Reach golf course and Blackpool Zoo, offering views of Blackpool Tower and Stanley Park along the way. The event starts and finishes near Village Hotel on East Park Drive on Sunday, 27 September 2026.
Organised under UK Athletics rules, the race welcomes runners aged 18 and over. All finishers receive a bespoke medal, and aid stations are stationed throughout the course.
