Runners who enjoy flexibility and a festive pre-Christmas atmosphere will find plenty to suit them at this timed event on the Stroud Waterways canal. Taking place on Sunday 13 December 2026 at War Memorial in Stroud, Gloucestershire, participants can complete as many or as few laps as they wish within a seven-hour time limit. The 10 km route follows a 3.28-mile out-and-back trail along the canal at Ebley Wharf.
The format allows runners to decide their distance on the day, whether that's a single lap or multiple circuits. A flexible start window means arrival times can be staggered, and special start requests can be arranged depending on planned distance. All finishers receive a bespoke memento, and cake and surprises will be available throughout the day. UK Athletics distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under.
