About Pierrepont Plod - Spring
Organised by Team Rasselbock, the Pierrepont Plod is a six-hour trail running event held at Holme Pierrepont in Nottinghamshire. Taking place on 14 March 2027, participants tackle a 5.4km loop around the Adventure Play Park, with the option to complete as many laps as they wish within the time limit. The course combines grassy wetland and tarmac sections across flat terrain.
Runners can aim for a personal best, work towards half marathon or ultramarathon distances, or simply enjoy a relaxed outing. The event operates around an active watersports centre that remains open to the public, so participants share the space with walkers, kayakers and other users.
