About Race for Life Salisbury
Race for Life Salisbury returns to Hudson's Field on 4 July 2027 for a 10 km trail run supporting Cancer Research UK. Participants start and finish on grass within the venue on Castle Road, following a single-lap cross-country route across a mix of surfaces: tarmac, gravel, grass and woodland tracks. The course undulates through open countryside with a maximum ascent of 147 metres, and sections may become muddy underfoot in wet weather.
Free grass parking is available within Hudson's Field, with designated blue badge spaces and drop-off access from Castle Road. Pedestrian entry is via gates on Castle Road or Stratford Road. A local bus serves Castle Road and Salisbury train station is roughly a 30-minute walk away. Refreshments and toilets are on site. The event is chip-timed and finishers receive a medal along with fundraising materials and training support.
