About Ras Tri Chopa yr Eifl
Ras Tri Chopa yr Eifl is a fell race across the three peaks of the Eifl range in Gwynedd. Taking place on 12 September 2026, the main course covers approximately 8 km with around 490 m of ascent over upland terrain, taking in Tre'r Ceiri, Garn Ganol and Garn Fôr with multiple summit sections.
The race starts from Pistyll Chapel in Nefyn, with the advertised meeting point at Tafarn y Fic in Llithfaen and parking available at the top of Nant Gwrtheyrn. Junior races are organised separately alongside the main event. The course is insured by the Welsh Fell Runners Association.
