About Rasselbock Backyard Ultra - Sherwood Pines
A backyard ultra at Sherwood Pines Forest Park calls runners to tackle a 4-mile trail lap repeatedly on 27 March 2027. The course winds through forest singletrack and access roads, mixing natural surfaces with gravel. Competitors start each new lap on the hour, with the race continuing until only one runner is ready to begin another circuit.
The event takes place during the Easter holidays at the Nottinghamshire forest park. An aid station supplies water, squash, hot water, sweets and fruit throughout, with first aiders on site and a support crew area available. Free parking is provided for one vehicle per entry.
