About Really Wild Boar
The Really Wild Boar takes runners across 9 km of fell terrain in the Yorkshire Dales on 5 December 2026. Starting from the Black Swan Hotel in Ravenstonedale, the route climbs 450 metres through challenging moorland that requires route-finding skills and navigation ability. This is a Category AS fell race with a minimum age of 16.
Entry is available on the day only. Registration and prize presentation take place at the Fat Lamb Country Inn. Teams are welcome to compete, and runners can access parking at the Street common area near the race start.
