About Rhydycroesau Fell Run
Runners new to fell racing will find a welcoming introduction in this 5.5 mile multi-terrain race set within a traditional country village show. The course takes in a mix of tarmac, tracks, paths and fields, climbing 225 metres through borderland countryside towards Pen Y Gwely reservoir before returning to the village centre. The route is partially marked and suited to those with limited fell running experience.
Held on 22 August 2026 at Rhydycroesau near Oswestry in Powys, the race welcomes runners aged 15 and over. The event is insured by the Welsh Fell Runners Association.
