About Riverbank Rollick
Thornbury's Riverbank Rollick takes runners off road across a challenging 10-mile trail route through South Gloucestershire. The course winds through woodland, fields and bridle paths, crossing a stream and following the riverbank, with around 80 percent off-road terrain. January conditions typically mean muddy underfoot, adding to the adventure.
The race operates with a mass start and chip timing from Race HQ at the New Sports Hall, Castle School in Thornbury. There is one water station at Littleton upon Severn, roughly 5.8 miles into the run, where organisers will review participant progress and may offer withdrawal support if needed. Entries are through Full on Sport only, with a minimum age of 18. Individual prizes are awarded across 16 main categories.
