About RNLI Llandudno 5K & 1K Fun Run
Llandudno RNLI hosts this charity 5K and 1K fun run on the North Wales coast in September, with proceeds supporting the charity's volunteer lifeboat crews. The 5K takes place on 20 September 2026 at 11:00am, followed by a 1K fun run at 10:30am for children and newer runners. Both races follow a fast, flat road course that starts and finishes on Llandudno Promenade near the Lifeboat Station.
The 5K is open to all ages and abilities, with entries capped at 350, while the 1K is limited to 100 runners. Race numbers are collected on the morning of the event from 9:30am at Llandudno Lifeboat Station on Colwyn Road.
