About Roaches Fell Race
Roaches Fell Race is a 24.1 km fell race across challenging terrain in the Peak District, based at Meerbrook Village Hall near Leek. Taking place on 8 November 2026, the route climbs 1128 m and requires navigating skills across moorland and peaks. The race suits experienced fell runners aged 18 and over; teams of three are welcome to enter.
Entry is available on the day at the village hall. There is a cut-off time of 2 hours 5 minutes at the foot of Shutlingsloe, after which runners can complete the course but will not tackle that particular climb. Parking near the hall is limited, with overflow at Tittesworth Reservoir pay-and-display car park.
