About Roundhay 50
Roundhay 50 is a 50-mile trail challenge organised by the Long Distance Walkers Association's West Yorkshire group. Taking place over 20-21 February 2027, the event follows two loops through rural areas north of Leeds, passing Temple Newsam, Meanwood Valley and the Harewood Estate. Participants have 22 hours to complete the course, with two start options available including one suited to faster walkers and runners.
The event starts and finishes at St Andrews Roundhay United Reformed Church on Shaftesbury Avenue in Leeds. Accommodation is available in nearby towns including Otley, Baildon and Burley-in-Wharfedale for those travelling from further afield.
