About Rowhedge Half Marathon
The inaugural Rowhedge Half Marathon takes runners off road through Donyland Woods, Friday Woods and the surrounding countryside near Colchester. This 13.1-mile trail event launches on Sunday 6th September, starting from Rowhedge Telephone Exchange in Essex.
The half marathon marks the first running of what organizers are establishing as a new event in the area. Competitors will navigate the trail course through the local woodland and rural landscape. The race operates a pre-race briefing for participants before they set off.
