About RTT Gower Trail Half Marathon
The Gower Peninsula provides the setting for RTT's opening race of the 2026 series. Taking place at Oxwich Bay in Swansea on 18 October, the 10 km trail course winds through mixed terrain including coastal paths, woodland trails and sand dunes. The route is signposted throughout.
Runners completing the course receive a finisher's medal and chip timing. Water stations and checkpoints are positioned along the way, with marshals and signage in place on the day. This inaugural series event marks the first chance for participants to earn points in the 2026 RTT standings.
