About Run Norwich
Norwich's city centre transforms into a 10 km running circuit on 6 September 2026 for Run Norwich, a fully closed-road race through the heart of the city. The route winds past Norwich Castle, The Forum, Norwich Cathedral and Carrow Road, combining historic streets with views of the city's landmarks. Organized by Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, the event has developed into a major annual fixture since launching in 2015, drawing thousands of participants across different abilities. The race includes chip timing, on-course water and medical support, with a central Race Village based in Chapelfield Gardens.
