About Run the Seasons Winter
The Cowdray Estate Winter Night Trail Run takes runners through the park and alongside the river on trails around Easebourne in West Sussex. Two distances are available: 5 km and 10 km, both departing from the Cowdray Ruins on 23 January 2027.
A head torch is essential for this evening event. After completing the route, participants return to the Cowdray Heritage Visitor Centre for warming drinks, soup and snacks. The run takes place around Burns Night, adding seasonal character to the occasion.
