About Run The Trail
Run The Trail takes place on 4 October 2026 at West Herts Golf Club in Three Rivers, Hertfordshire, bringing together trail runners in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. Participants choose between 5km and 10km routes that wind through Cassiobury Park, mixing parkland paths and woodland trails with stretches alongside the Grand Union Canal and the River Gade.
The event welcomes runners of all paces to experience the varied terrain on offer. Everyone who registers receives a Macmillan running top in advance, chip timing and a finisher's medal. The course is fully marshalled with mobile medics on hand throughout.
