About Run the Wild - Summer 10k
Run the Wild takes runners through rolling countryside and woodland paths in the Chiltern Hills on 15 August 2026. The 10 km trail route includes some hills, with steeper sections available to walk, and participants are grouped by ability. Runners should be comfortable covering 5 km non-stop.
The event starts at Tring Market Place in Dacorum, Hertfordshire, and finishes at Tring Brewery. A Run Leader guides the group through the trails, with instruction provided along the way. After the run, participants enjoy a brewery tour and tasting, followed by a pint of beer or soft drink in the Piggeries beer garden. The atmosphere is social and relaxed rather than competitive.
On-site parking is available on a pay and display basis. Tring railway station is the nearest public transport link, roughly 1.7 miles away by pavement. Pizza is available to buy at the finish.
