From Moors Valley Country Park to the clifftops at Hengistbury Head, this 50 km trail ultra follows the Castleman Trailway before heading along Bournemouth's seafront to the finish. The predominantly flat course makes it an accessible introduction to ultra-distance running, while also offering those with more experience the chance to pursue a competitive time.
