About Run Vibes X Rougham Sunflowers
A 5 km trail run winds through sunflower fields and surrounding countryside at Rougham in Mid Suffolk on 7 August 2026. Organised by Run Vibes Events, the event is designed for all abilities with an emphasis on easy-paced running and social interaction.
After finishing the trail, participants can enjoy food and drink on site, including freshly prepared bagels from Roots Cafe, coffee and alcoholic beverages. As the sun sets across the field, Solis DJs provide music to round out the evening.
