A 5.3 km lap challenge on an old railway line forms the basis of this August event in Bridestowe, West Devon. Runners tackle an out-and-back route across mixed terrain—off-road and paved sections with undulating ground—and may complete as many laps as they can manage, up to a maximum of 14, within their chosen time limit. Two timed options are available: one allows 7 hours to finish the final lap, while the other offers 5 hours.
