About RunThrough Snowdonia Sea2Sky
Barmouth on the north Wales coast provides the base for this trail running event, which ventures into Snowdonia's mountain landscape. RunThrough's Sea2Sky takes place on 5 September 2026, offering three distances across terrain that combines coastal sections with mountain trails: a 12 km route, 25 km, and the full 54 km challenge that traverses from Barmouth beach to Cadair Idris summit and back.
The course follows forest tracks, rocky paths and open mountain terrain, marked with flags at each kilometre. Marshals support runners throughout, with results provided via chip timing. Post-race, the event village offers refreshments and food options alongside an event merchandise provider.
