About Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge - Wraysbury
Wraysbury's riverside setting along the Thames provides the backdrop for this seven-hour time challenge on 14 August 2026. Runners follow a signed lap route based mainly on made paths and tarmac, with a short grass section, making it accessible in road shoes. The course incorporates 3 km and 5 km turn points to accommodate UK Athletics age categories, allowing participants to choose their own distance within the seven-hour window.
The event welcomes a maximum of 300 entrants aged 12 and above. Those completing at least 3 km receive a medal and goody bag (vegan option available), with distance pins available for half-marathon distance and beyond. An aid and drinks table supports runners at the start and finish of each lap, with toilets and changing facilities at the venue. Parking is available at the nearby Runnymede Pleasure Grounds, and headphones are permitted throughout.
