She Strides Backyard Ultra challenges runners to complete a 4.17-mile trail lap on the hour, every hour, on 29 May 2027 at Barbary's in Calderdale. The format continues until only one runner remains; all others are recorded as DNF. Participants must be aged 18 or over.
A central HQ and checkpoint will operate throughout, providing hot drinks, food and facilities. A gazebo area is available for participants to use between laps. Runners are advised to prepare for changing weather conditions, though there is no mandatory kit list.
