About Simon Wake Comrie Hills Relay
This 43 km trail relay covers demanding ground on either side of Glen Lednock, starting and finishing in Comrie village. Run across four legs with a total of 1,733 m of ascent, the route mixes mountain terrain and established trails. The middle two stages traverse rough mountain ground, while the opening and final legs are closer to trail racing in character, with waymarking in place to guide runners through the course.
Taking place on 29 August 2026, the event is structured as a team competition with categories for open teams, women's teams, mixed teams, and veterans in the V40 age group. Individual leg winners are also recognised in open and female classes. The race operates with support from local sponsors and neighbouring landowners whose permission enables access across the glen.
