About Sirona 100
The Sirona 100 takes runners along Wales's dramatic coastline, following the Wales Coast Path from Barmouth to Cardigan on 14 August 2027. Participants can choose between 100 km and 100 miles, with the longer distance covering approximately 15,000 ft of ascent and a 50 hour time limit.
Organised by Stable Adventures, the event provides live tracking, emergency medical cover, well-stocked checkpoints, drop bag access and a sleep station. Runners receive GPS/GPX route files in advance and benefit from experienced support crews throughout. A mandatory kit list is in force, including trail shoes, water bottles, headlamp, waterproof clothing, compass and adequate food reserves.
Competitors must be 18 or over on race day. Finishers receive a limited edition belt buckle and medal.
