About Skyrun Eryri / Snowdon Skyrace
SkyRun Eryri takes place on 15 August 2026 in Rhyd-ddu, Gwynedd, offering skyrunning across the Snowdonia mountains with a choice of four trail distances: 16 km, 27 km, 38 km and 55 km. The terrain mixes technical rocky trails, Grade 1 scrambles and faster grassy sections as runners navigate significant mountain ascent. Each distance comes with designated aid stations and time cut-offs.
The event draws on classic Welsh mountain running routes including sections of the Welsh 3000s. Past editions have established a track record, with historical results available to review.
