About Southampton Running Festival August
Southampton's green spaces form the backbone of this August running festival, threading through woodland, grassland and parkland in the heart of the city. The trail route takes in ponds, wetlands and lakes across terrain that offers runners scope for a personal best.
Three distances are available: 5 km, 10 km and 13.1 miles, all following the same scenic path through Southampton's well-used open spaces. The event takes place on 16 August 2026.
