About Stop Me
Stop Me takes runners along Bournemouth's promenade on a 10 km road route on 27 September 2026. The out-and-back course offers a flexible approach to the day: participants can choose their own distance within the SoBo Series framework, with rolling start times available between 8am and 9.30am. All runners must finish by 3pm.
Support is available at the start and finish point for each lap, with an aid and drinks table offering both savoury and sweet refreshments. Public facilities including toilets and showers are accessible along the promenade. Finishers of a complete lap or more will receive a medal.
