About Stover Squelch 10K
This 10 km trail run at Stover Country Park suits runners who enjoy natural terrain and don't mind getting muddy. The route weaves through woodland, follows lakeside paths and the historic Stover Canal towpath, incorporating recently opened trail sections. With a modest ascent of just under 200 feet across the Devon countryside near Newton Abbot, it offers a manageable challenge on natural ground.
The event takes place on 30 January 2027 with a two-hour cut off time. Race HQ is based at Stover Country Park itself. Entries are capped at 150 runners and restricted to those aged 18 and over. All finishers receive a bespoke metal medal.
