This 120-mile circular ultra takes runners on a challenging journey through the North York Moors, visiting all ten of the national park's highest summits. Starting and finishing at Goathland, the route climbs roughly 16,000 feet and follows clearly marked trails including sections of the Cleveland Way, Esk Valley Walk and Lyke Wake Walk, passing Bronze Age earthworks, ancient burial mounds and medieval boundary stones along the way.

The event is capped at 70 participants and allows 35 hours to complete the distance. Indoor checkpoints at approximately 40 and 80 miles provide hot water, drinks and food options including pot noodles, jacket potatoes and vegan and gluten-free choices, plus access to a nap area. Runners receive a tracker and GPX file, and may bring one medium drop bag. Support crews of up to three people with one vehicle are permitted at checkpoints only; pacers and support runners are not allowed. Mandatory kit includes waterproof clothing, hat, gloves, head torch with spare batteries, mobile phone with power bank, mapping apps, map and compass, plus emergency bivvy and food.
