About Telford 10K
The Telford 10K takes runners around a flat two-lap course through Telford Town Park and along the Silkin Way, a former railway line now converted for recreational use. Traffic-free and sheltered, the 10 kilometre route on tarmac provides consistent conditions for runners targeting a personal best. The event attracts competitive field each December, with course records standing at 28:01 for men and 31:10 for women.
All abilities are welcome to enter, and the event has built a reputation for fast times across its field. Finishers receive a bespoke metal medal.
