About Tempo Trail Races
Tempo Trail Races offers three distances across Cotswold terrain on 2 May 2027, with a 10 km loop and longer point-to-point routes of 50 km and 100 km. The event is based at Ilmington Sports & Social Club in Shipston-on-Avon, Warwickshire, with parking at the club.
The 100 km features course cutoffs at the halfway point and at Blockley, with support offered to runners who fall outside these times. The 50 km runs from Ilmington to Hailes with return transport arranged for those who need it. A location tracker is available for both ultra distances. Feed stations are positioned at multiple points along the 50 km and 100 km routes, though participants should carry their own fluids and any specialised nutrition between stations. Baggage drop is available at Race HQ, with ultra runners able to have bags transferred to the halfway point at Hayles Fruit Farm. Navigation support includes GPX files and printed maps for the longer distances.
