About The Garendon 5K Frenzy
Garendon Park in Loughborough hosts this 12-hour timed trail event on 19 June 2027, where runners tackle an undulating 5K course repeatedly to rack up as many laps as possible. Participants can enter as soloists, pairs, or larger teams of three to six runners, with competition categories for each format plus recognition for the fastest individual laps by gender.
