About The Ghostly Gallop
The Ghostly Gallop takes place on 22 October 2026 at Pengethley Manor near Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire. Runners and walkers can choose between 5 km and 10 km trail distances on an offroad course set within the manor grounds. The route features rolling terrain with a hill on each lap and a series of climbs through two vineyards, with each lap measuring 2.5 km.
The event is part of a Halloween-themed race series and operates with a maximum time limit of 7 hours to complete your chosen distance. Both in-person and virtual entry options are available, with virtual participants able to record their performance via Strava or by providing proof of their run. Entrants must be 18 or over.
