About The Lap @ Robin Hill
The Lap takes place at Robin Hill Country Park on the Isle of Wight on 20 March 2027, offering runners a chance to test themselves over a single 5 km trail loop completed as many times as they choose within either a 6-hour or 12-hour window. The mixed terrain combines rolling ground, woodland singletrack, short climbs and faster runnable sections, with underfoot conditions that shift between rough patches and flowing stretches to keep each circuit fresh.
Solo runners, pairs and small teams of three to five can enter. A central endurance village at the start-finish provides live timing, refreshments and shelter, so participants return to base camp after every lap to refuel and rest between efforts. Spectators and families are welcome to join in supporting those taking on the challenge.
