About The MTC Windsor Ultra
The MTC Windsor Ultra follows the Thames Valley on a 47 mile trail route from Henley to Kingston on 7 August 2027. The point-to-point course winds through South Oxfordshire, passing Marlow Lock, Cookham Moor, Maidenhead Bridge, Windsor Racecourse and Brocas Meadow with views towards Windsor Castle, before continuing through Runnymede and Teddington to finish at Kingston.
Three checkpoints are positioned along the route offering water and nutrition including sandwiches, cake, dried fruit, sweets and squash. The organisers aim to provide gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options, though runners with other dietary requirements should bring their own supplies or use drop bags.
