About The One In The Park Regent's August 2
OneRace brings running to one of London's most recognisable green spaces with The One In The Park, held in Regent's Park on 16 August 2026. Runners can choose between a 5K taking one lap of the park or a 10K covering two laps, both on traffic-free tarmac paths with clearly marked routes and kilometre markers.
The 10K course is designed as a fast circuit suitable for runners of all abilities. The event village is based at Cumberland Green near Chester Gate, where participants will find bag drop facilities. Support along the course includes marshals, water stations and medical cover, with refreshments and finisher medals available at the end.
