About The Priory 100K
A 100K ultra from Bamburgh Castle to Tynemouth Priory takes runners along the Northumberland coastline on 29 May 2027. The point-to-point route follows coastal trails, firm footpaths, promenade sections and off-road terrain with relatively gentle elevation, passing through Beadnell, Craster, Warkworth and Whitley Bay. Runners will encounter beaches, cliff paths and harbour villages throughout.
The fully waymarked course combines long distance trail running with sea views and changing coastal scenery, linking historic landmarks along the North East coast.
