About The Scorpion Run
The Scorpion Run takes runners over undulating terrain through the Forest of Dean on 16 May 2027. This 10 km trail event is based at Coleford Clock Tower, with the course following paths that wind through the Wye Valley offering views of the River Wye. Most of the route is off-road, with stretches of gravel firetracks suitable for light trail shoes, culminating in a demanding final kilometre climb to the finish.
The event starts and finishes near Symonds Yat Rock Cafe, where refreshments including coffee and hot food are available. Parking is provided via Forestry England's pay and display scheme, accepting card or app payment.
