About The Treggy 7
The Treggy 7 is a 7 mile circular road race starting from Launceston Town Square at 10am on 6 September 2026. Registration takes place at Launceston Town Hall beforehand.
The route heads downhill from town onto undulating rural roads, with a water station near Tregadillett Primary School at around 3.5 miles following a half mile climb to the village. The final 3 miles are predominantly downhill, passing a second water station at approximately 5.5 miles before finishing in the grounds of Launceston Castle. Cakes and hot drinks are available in the town hall before and after the race, with awards presentations held there afterwards. Toilets are provided at the town hall, multi-storey car park and castle grounds.
